Massive signing.

Says a lot that he was one of the guys Penrith had locked up for the next couple of years, given the quality they've let go. Huge loss for them and huge gain for us.

Personally I think he's better for the club overall than AFB. If you listen to James speak about his younger days, developing his work ethic to become an elite footballer - he will be someone the younger guys will learn a lot from.

No doubt Egan will be upgraded with the rest, provided he doesnt want out. Cant imagine either him or Barnett wanting out at the moment given theyre both in career best form and the club is a chance of a maiden tilt.
Egan apparently loves life in NZ and now his brother has moved over there. the form he is in he should be paid like the top hooker in the game

before the JFH signing i had this gut feeling we were gonna sign a pair of players similar to jackson ford where no one has really heard of them and webby ends up getting the best out of them. but who knows maybe we end up with another stud signing

SEN Sydney reporting the deal to be $675000 a season. If thats the case then hes an absolute bargain, AND there will be money left over from AFBs deal. Crazy stuff if true.
Do you not have to pay a player at their current market rate? Or does the home sick rule trump that?

675k for a top 3 prop and current golden boot winner with the rise in salary cap seems farfetched.

I haven't tuned into any week day Fox show in a decade because it deprives your brain of oxygen. But i'd tune into 360 just to see them have a meltdown if 675k is to be believed.
