It was awarded a try and unfortunately that's all that matters
And I can live with that- I’m just pointing out how close it was- anyone without an agenda (inruin) would agree- instead she just gives everything a laugh emoji 🙄

If only the video ref only had you're photo to make the decision. We'd all be happy.

Unfortunately he has hi definition slo mo video from multiple cameras.
No- the ref made a call and the video ref couldn’t overturn it because it was inconclusive.

Been for a walk to clear the head and still flat as fuck, that loss really hurt.....can only imagine how the players feel!

Question. Tohu and Berry (he is a deadset good footballer, very impressed with his progression) have to undergo HIA and I am positive both are from accidental head knocks, so why the fuck don't the Storm players have to undergo HIA protocols as well?

It's such a weird feeling.

I am gutted but not disappointed if there is such a thing - perhaps Melancholy is the word I'm looking for.

One thing I will say about the NRL, you simply must go on and win when given the chance.

We now put immense pressure on ourselves to beat Canberra next week.

I dare say not being 2-2 after Canberra then Newcastle in NZ the next two weeks will be terminal to our top 4 chances.

On a serious note the service we got from the left edge in the second half was heartening to watch, Metcalf with a sweeping pass for the try, doing dashes around the rucks, Roger turning up a notch, Monty tightening up in the second half, Ford caught so much balls that he scored a try

Only round 2 we get to train hard at desperate last minute defense for the real games later

Hope we do a Roosters 2018, put it together and go on with the job, SJ tell your grandchildren about one day in October before you go off into the sunset

They did. Katoa passed one, Welch failed one.

Anyone else concerned we couldn't close this game out? No good blaming officials. Would have thought DWZ would have wrapped up Coates legs instead of trying to bump him into touch when he's 10 feet in The air. 0-2 wasn't how I pictured the season to start, until next week!
DWZ needs to trust Berry has his man and stop looking at the center (Meany) and just run towards the winger (Coates). This happened a lot last year.

55” that’s for school kids- I’ve got a 80”
Seriously though- r u guys telling me u have no doubt?
It was super close
Just look at frame 1 of the 3 that has already been posted. That's all you need. If you can't see it clearly enough from it, dare I say you may need to visit an optometrist on Monday. It was close but it's also clearly a try.

Serious question - how much have you and your storm mate who agrees with your still that it's inconclusive have drunk so far? 😆
