This next three weeks are really important. Not so much in terms of the results but building to the finals. We had a run if great luck early in the season which swung to almost everything going wrong for us. This last win I think the luck is changing back for us. We do need more attacking threat than we have shown for the vast majority of the season though. We have done well to get in the position we are but I don't think anyone is under any illusion about our chances against most of the other top 8 sides currently. For me it's TMM at 7 CHT at 6 and TT at 1. That is our best attacking options and actually probably our best defensive options too. If the halves can get somewhere near the form the shower in the middle of last year we have a chance. Be a shame to waste it by being conservative with selections and style of play now.

I think we need to roll the dice a wee bit here. The way we've been playing lately, we're not going to progress very far last the first week of finals footy
We started the year with Berry and Ali as our first choice centres, we're playing bottom 8 teams the last 3 weeks before finals, give them time to gell. I mean, the other options of CNK, Pompey and Capewell are all making mistakes too, may as well have Ali out there learning.
I think currently the spine of CHT/Boyd/Taine isn't working and imo, of you're going to have TMM direct the attack, having someone solid like CNK at the back with a bigger body is going to benefit the team big time.
Rogers been great, Dallin looked great tonight and with CNK at the back after a few quiet weeks, were gunna make heaps of meters.
Our forwards are good when they're holding on to the ball, so if we tighten up that and our dumb penalties/6 against, I think we'll have enough fire power, especially with that bench, which offers a fair bit of spark

Halasima is better coming off the bench imo. He's been making a lot of errors lately due to being burnt out doing too much on defence when starting. His best asset is his attack.

Largely keep the same team but for a start, CNK back to fullback, TT to centre. Neither particularly shone yesterday, I see no harm in switching things around there.

Obviously, it's closer to Finals Time in the NSW Cup, not sure who qualifies to play there versus who we need to play NRL but, honestly, we're a fair bit more likely to win the NSW Cup Premiership than the NRL Premiership, as much as that's not as "Sexy" or "What The Fans Pay Their Money For", so I think if the Warriors are looking for trophies, we pick the strongest 17 we can for the NSW Cup, even if maybe that's not best for the NRL team.

Whichever approach the club take on that, agree with the idea that Halasima needs to be on the bench as it's been I'd guess a bigger season than he'd have expected so he needs some kind of a break.

But the wood they have over us is frustrating. Need to sort the edge defence or she's all over.

They will be minimal changes to the team. TMM if fit will come on to the bench and Capewell will return to the back row. Pushing Eddie to 18th Man.

Berry may come straight back in to centre abd CNK to full back and TT out od the squad. Although a run in NSW Cup will benefit him.

The Wahs to win on a dry pitch by 8 points.

From memory, if your team are still involved in the NRL playoffs then everyone is still eligible for Cup and once they're knocked out it's a minimum of 5(?) appearances in Cup to be eligible
