Utter bullshit. We had control most of the game, we beat them in almost every stat imaginable. To their credit, the Tigers hung in there and scored a few tries against the run of play, but only lead the game for 15 minutes before Leka's try.

It's okay to 'feel' for the Tigers as they've been a shit show for so long, but don't make it out that the Tigers were hard done by and should have won that game if it weren't for supervillain Charnz to pip them with a dirty play.

Laughable!

I wondered that too when he was wobbling his jaw like that afterwards, he's a bloody good actor if true, Oscar worthy performance. Then I remembered he's the nicest guy in the world except for Roger, and he would never cheat like that.

He does what's best for the team, including stripping the ball and get caught many times lol, including in the last minute vs Panthers last year, leading to their player vomiting and Ed missing a kick from the front to win us the game, prophetic

I think it is the other way round. We were disrespected by everyone (Tigers fans and wider NRL punditry world) this week. Not a single so called "expert" tipped in favor of us, even though this was at best a 50/50 game for the tigers. Just an entire week of NRL propaganda pumping up the tigers as the feel good story at our expense.

I was looking forward to the Matty Jones Show and was surprised how short the interview with Egan was, usually they do a couple and joke around a bit, they must have expected to interview Galvin or Luai for 10 minutes and hype them up

In my view, Matty Johns is one of the fairest commentators towards us. Maybe it's because he is from Newcastle and hence outside the Sydney bubble that encircles the rest of the fox league commentators.

I'd like the Bulldogs more if Mahoney wasn't there. They're looking super fit though and they try hard on everything.
On the dog kennel, they have 4 pages on Marcel, all singing his praises, some saying he is better than Josh Ado-Carr, some saying that he has improved by playing with the warriors and some noting his support for teammates when they set up or score a try. He is becoming a cult hero. He should still be playing on our left wing.

I think Monty is a success story for Warriors recruitment of Aussies. Picked him up, had a some good seasons and when it came time we separated on good terms.

Montoya like a few others recently have improved during their time with the Warriors.

I remember when Montoya was signed here. It wasn't greeted with much fanfare. Recruitment is usually a mix of established stars, guys needing a fresh start, fringe first graders. We had already recruited a few names so he was more on the end to round out the squad. I'm pretty sure the Bulldogs didn't see him as much of a loss back then.

Quite a difference in a few years.

It is good for our club compared to the days when players would regress.

Aslo credit should go to Montoya. He came here with a good attitude and put the work in.

I can see Monty going back to NZ when he can to meet up with friends that he's made for life..i loved his attitude & personality
