Phil Gould picked it up. He named Tohu as the player of the round. Why? Cause he created the pocket SJ could operate in without being physically challenged on attack. Dylan Walker offers the same space. The challenge for the Broncos is to to get to SJ. but to do that they need a smart agile hooker or lock with balance. Webby has set the trap.

Walker isn't a utility guy.
Sure he can play other positions so he us versatile but he is a middle forward.

Fonzie did a while pod cast last year on the importance of keeping combinations identical both from offensive and defensive paradigms

I know some of their posts are tongue in cheek but the general consensus is our boys may as well not turn up. Absolutely love it. Kiwis are much better as underdogs. Hopefully their team turns up with the same attitude.

Seems theyre putting a bit of weight in our last performance against an understrength Bronx at "home". Thoughts on the relevance of that game? I don think there is any...to start we wernt playing at our home ground at all, and although their outs were huge, we were missing TMM, Walker, Barnett, Tevaga and most notably probably our most important player this weekend in Egan.

By the time we hit the GF Jazz will be able to play for an hour if needed.

Jazz and Bunty are defensive forwards, Jazz is a beter defender, which is why, even when AFB and Barnett were benched we conceded bugger all points.

And if Jazz was not coming back from a long lay off, he could play eighty minutes.'

That is the problem Bunty has right there, he cannot offer much more than Jazz and for much shorter periods.

Very basic stat but jazz leads average run meters 99m to 59m. Also Jazz has 11 tackle busts from 10 games. Bunty has 17 from 21. Take from that what you will

And I think Jazz since back from injury has been underperforming obviously getting back to match fitness

Cant actually find the stat, but dividing the average run meters by average runs per game. Bunty is just over 10m and Jazz 9.9m per run.

Yep most of their stats when averaged are the same. Bunty a slightly higher defensive rating. But Tevaga plays more minutes and is a better ball playing option and is more versatile.

I think the main difference between Hazz and Bunty is Legspeed.
Jazz much faster over the 10 metres than Bunty.
Better off the Bench.
Buntys more a starter but with AFB and Barnett those spors are filled
