Not sure if this video has been posted. Tanah's highlights from almost 10 years ago when he was rising as a prodigal talent for Keebra Park, Qld U18s and Australian juniors. He's literally the half feeding Andrew Fifita during many of these clips. Also check the comments underneath, one even comparing him to Lockyer.

He has always had this in him. It has just laid dormant thanks to GC.Looking forward to this version of Tannah teaming up with the Iceman for the first time this year. It could become one of the youngest and most dynamic halves duo given time.

Fifita isn't exactly going too hot either lol, and Erin went up a gear when he came back here. Gold Coast is a weird footy place

Tanah was honest about the stress and guilt he felt after moving his Mrs and newish baby to NZ and then having to be away from them and his Mrs being quite isolated.

Tough times which may have been really behind his psychological issues last season. Too worried about family and home.

Anyway here's hoping they as a family are more connected and have a support network in NZ to lean on.

Imagine moving your young family here to revive your career and ending up missing those goals in Newcastle, no wonder he looked SOOO sad until Leka scored. So good to see him rise up in the playoff game and just continued growing from there

Ok, so Luke Metcalf is available, but Webby learnt his lesson the hard way a few weeks ago and isn’t changing the halves set up. Our winning streak is lengthening every week. Way to go!

But…er… what’s happening about Tanah? He’s off contract, right? Last year I was all for throwing some big money at LM. He was on fire! And that happened. But then his ACL snapped and this year, another injury. So right now it looks like we’ve put all our eggs in the wrong basket.

There are sure to be Aussie clubs looking at signing up Tanah. If Luke gets another injury, then what? Would Tanah stay if he was given a decent contract? Or is that never gonna happen, is he never gonna be given some good money?

Expecting Metcalf to play 6 if CHT is potentially not to play there? Think all bringing Metcalf back showed was the combination can’t be a finished product in a fortnight or so but with a full preseason I think it could?
