Let's resign this fucker.
He's gone from, in my mind , the worst halfback in the comp to one of the better ones in a preseason.

This should be interesting. I'd wonder if he'd be hesitant moving clubs.

I mean, he's already played for a shit club and didn't play well. I'm sure he realizes that form relies on situation, so he would probably want to go to a club that's hovering around the 4/just outside of it.

Only club I could really think of that might be a good fit is the Doggies?

Edit: but they're pretty brutal, so I don't know if he'd do well there.

True.

The doggies system is the most similar to ours, which is why I focused on them.

Broncos are one of those teams that often hover at the top of the table and madge is pushing for structural changes, so yeah, you could be right.

Born in Penrith, schooling on the Gold Coast, signed on a development contract for the Broncos in 2019 before signing up to a top 30 contract at the Titans 6 months later.

I think Queensland is home long term and the Broncos would be hard for him to resist.

Hopefully he’s all in on Webster and what we’re done for him and wants to stay a part of it.

IDK, we're losing Mitch and possibly Marata and that is a fair portion of the salary cap. Capewell and RTS potentially to follow.

Meanwhile the team is going through a youthful rejuvenation and consequently(ideally) the cap will be more flexible to make better offers..

Barnett and TMM salary (including his current) would make Boyd a $1m player.

Get it done!

Marata, possibly Capewell and RTS could go towards upgrading the young guns.

With Boyd, Metcalf and this forward pack were in a real window for the next few years.
