ACC should do an ad with the dude and the Warriors. "Kia ora koutou Roger..."

I get the feeling Montoya is on the way out. RTS to wing Pompey to centre moving Ali up the depth to chart to back up centre. Kosi in for the next few weeks way better finish than Montoya

That was actually a nice try, Monty doesn't have the one handed put down

I suspect Webby will keep Kosi next week, putting it down to 1st game syndrome. Would be nice when RTS comes back on the wing, I guess Pompey would set him up better and if they run out of room Sheck can just glide back in and roam like they were planning to do with him recently with the inside ball anyway

I think that’s the reason to move Pompey into the starting lineup is he’s better at setting up his winger. I think at one point he was second in the team for try assists last year

Dude can be a beast if he decides to, gliding defenders inside out and knocking over tacklers, should be encouraged to do it more

Prior to yesterday, a Pompey/Kosi LEFT edge combo had these results:
2021: 18-19 loss to the Dragons
2022: 14-22 loss to the Roosters, 10-70 loss to Storm, 12-46 loss to the Panthers.

ZERO minutes as a LEFT combo (including NSW Cup) since then.

After yesterday their record is 0W-5L. Current aggregate 72-195!

Some acting like Monty would of won us the game if he played. None of our wing stocks would of made a difference. Kosi is to big & lacks agility since coming back from injury. Altho i wish he did well. He was not the answer. He needs at least 2 - 3 more months of cup to shed some kilo's and find some form.

We could of had a laugh and had him at the 4th spot on the bench. Even if it was for 5 - 10 min a half. Roosters couldn't put him on the ground. Prop, Backrow....Just not the wing.

Looks good for that right second row spot lol, handy to roam on the wing close to the line

Sitting at the bar after work yesterday saw about 10 mins of the game on a fellas kayo phone , there was a piece of play where there were about 30 knock ons kasey badger says play on roosters score of it.... it's now like 30 - 6 and I just couldn't watch anymore......

Shameful display

Sorry for another Kosi rant but Who’s coaching the cup side ?

Anyone with a pair of eyes can see he’s been a liability in that position

You only have to look at him and say - no way that guy has the speed and mobility of an NRL winger.

Then watch him closely the last two weeks. Every frame he either walking or jogging or 3 steps behind every play.

Take Motu Pacifikala, the other winger, or Sio Kali or the great Ali, heck Tuapiki would have done a better job defending than Kosi

I strongly believe that one position ruined us and roosters knew it going into the game when they saw his name on the list

Hamstrings are always difficult to diagnose and treat. Can pop up at any time when you least expect it or when a team is losing.

Roger could be out for weeks maybe months even depending how well the team are going… 🤷🏻‍♂️

We did it without you last year and we can do it again

When he left the team early to play rugby I should have know he’ll check out again when the team needs him

Sadly, have to agree. We were already up against it and that selection made it considerably worse.

Hard to understand the rational behind it, particularly with the changes already forced on that edge and the main issue being our bench and second rowers.

Just a weird one by AW

He was let down by his assistant’s and cup coach - are they all yes men?

I’m no Einstein but even I can see glaring holes in his game
