After just seeing the Dogs shitting the bed against the baby broncos, have to admit I am a bit nervous. We have shat the bed multiple times on Anzac Day before. It would be a shame to do it on the one day the Cake Tin is packed out this year. We can't rely on the phins being buggered from Darwin and ET. We have to turn up and give it to them like we have all year through the middle. If we do that, we will return to 2nd where we belong. Up the Wahs!

Maybe it's just a coincidence, although his bench minutes in 2025 went into the negative so looks like a trend. They are positive as a starter however so you can turn your frown upside down.
Coming off the bench isn't foreign to him, as Berrell's understudy in the Sharks NSW Cup side, but he's yet to show much in first grade when getting introduced mid match. Maybe it'll come, or maybe he suits the starter role better.
I highlighted Bunty having a poor +/- as a starter in 2023 and was meet with a similar response about all these other factors outside of his control & that he was in fact "softening up the opposition". Simple fact is that when Bunty was on the field in 2023 we weren't as effective at scoring more points than the opposition. That's currently happening with Healey's minutes. Who's to say the tide might eventually turn though?

Just very chalk and cheese styles, possibly why coming on late doesn't tend to work so well.

When he starts they are probably training all week with his all out assault run first style, seems to work a bit better that way.

End of the day, hes eons off a fit Egan at this stage. So he'll just have to figure it out off the bench for now.
