New coach learning some harsh truths.
He will be better for the pressure of the management of injuries and the bs of the NRL when it comes to NZ.
And how to use a bench.
I'm excited by the rest of season and bringing some of new lads on.
We lost the season weeks ago.
it's only a game lads, don't link your mental health to what happens in this corrupt competition.
1. Raiders are very fortunate to have Fogarty back today without him we win. So lucky to have a huge boot to save your sets. CHT/TMM need to find one even if SJ doesn't retire.
2. As much as CHT is to blame for that shocker, RTS needs just as much for his brain fade for the Savage try.
3. Full strength for the next 2 games to make sure we won't win the spoon. Then call the season. Basically field a cup side. Give the young guns some exposure to first grade.
He's gonna be a gun for years to come. I love his energy and you can tell as soon as he come on in the 1st half, the momentum started rolling. Ali had a shocker though. I'm still high on him but I hope this is just one of those games.
Didn't own too many of those kicks though did he. Left rookie Ali trying to defuse a lot of them and no urgency in that last try. A good back up but I think CNK and Taine are superior. Unfortunately they will both be out next week so RTS will have to do.
Can we not use the time excuse? These guys are supposed to be professional athletes ffs, they’ve known about this game for months and other nz teams play this time slot plenty with no dramas
Our first set of insipid performances and losing streak started in the term one school holidays. The last two games in the term two holidays. 0/5 in the school holidays and their worst performances to boot bar the Titans game. Manly, Dragons, Titans, Bulldogs, Raiders. What an eyesore that is.
It's their bloody bored rug rats keeping them up all night. Case closed.
No kidding, Marata, sure he had some good runs but 2 of their 3 tries were because of bad reads and their last try came off a lazy penalty on his part. I get that they are tired but it's part of being a professional.
