Webster came across very well in the presser. Refused to entertain any ref excuses, acknowledged the team isn’t a finished product just yet. Could have very easily been proud of the loss but glad that he didn’t go down that route and I feel the boys will have gained a very valuable lesson on where they need to be to win this thing
great contrast with Ciraldo. We got the right Penrith assistant.

I'm not sure if Pomps, Berry or Ali is the answer at centre. Pomps is honest, does a job. But lacks speed.
Berry, Always injured. Ali lacks spatial awareness.
That offside no try pissed me off. He wasn't even looking at the kicker to see if he was onside.

In defense, I don't blame Dwz for rushing in as he was trying to cover for Ali who was always jamming in on the runner that was already covered. He made some really good tackles. But he is looking more & more like a forward.

Two players i want to see at centre are playing wing in cup or Flegg. Sio kali has everything. Speed, Power & footwork. Brandon Norris as well.

Anderson is a good fill in next year. Hopefully Rocco finds some form and stays healthy.
Norris & Kali are our future for me.

Fair assessment of all 3. Ali gives me Hiku vibes, capable of great performances but will always have rocks in his game. He along with AKP were very guilty of not backing up Laban on that edge. Not only were they switched off and too far back, neither was sprinting to catch up once they break was made.
