I heard a comment during the week. Cleary said when they lost to the Broncos last year it felt like the first time in years they had come off feeling like they weren't the fittest team.

We look fit and should be able to get into a grind with the top sides. How the six agains fall would be critical.
We do look fit. But I don't think we were quite as energetic as the first two weeks. There weren't so many players chasing in support as there were rounds one and two. Webster at the conference said it was very humid. I think we were struggling with that a little.

Lots of glazing in here and rightly so.

Worth pointing out we were far from perfect, let them back into the game and if not for Gagai brain explosion, who knows how tight it might have been.

Heaps of improvement to come which is scary
Absolutely! And if a couple of their outs were in, it could have been a different story and vice versa, far from perfect, but enough to get the win, still yet to be fully tested.

I feel like we are beginning to resemble Hasler's 2012 Dogs. They didn't have much in the way of attacking shape to their edges but they did have a crafty dummy half (Ennis!) and a dominant pack filled with forwards with ball skills like Pritchard, Kasiano and Graham. Those short tip-ons and ball-playing between the forwards is a thing of beauty.
Our packs ability to either bash opposition or play some finesse style footy with ball in hand is a huge advantage
