You need to have a full team with captain and vice captain locked. You can swap non vegas players in and out after the vegas games but I believe your captain and vice captains will be locked.

Does your whole team need to be locked in before Vegas round?

It’s a rolling lock out in the first week. So any players other than captains can be swapped in and out up until their match starts.
If possible put players in teams playing this weekend in the top 13 spots to give maximum flexibility next week. But don’t be silly about it.

Yeah, there will be another dual update after the next lot of teams lists. Occasionally a player won’t get it if they are clearly just filling in there. Garner missed out on centre dual this season. But Watson won’t have that issue.

Yeah, but you’re super unlikely to want to trade him out this week. If you think he’s going to be your highest scoring player go for it. Most people will be going for Cleary or Yeo since they play this weekend.
