Not really. I think you have a tendency to read too much into any one given game. In my view, this game is largely a reflection on the Titans and where they are at. The Dragons also pumped the titans a couple of weeks ago and just got towelled up by the lowly chooks.

Cows definitely have better attack than ours, but in the first half, it showed how to beat them and they got really frustrated.

I don't think they would be piling these points on a better defensive outfit that actually knows how to defend an edge. I can't see Melbourne giving up 40+ pts against this mob. A large part of the story here is how shit the titans are atm. Dragons and Dolphins also put huge scores on the titans and I don't think anyone is nominating them to be at the pointy end of the season.

We are in a rebuild they are not.

The point I am really trying to make is that We cannot afford to let them have too much ball and territory nor have too many send offs etc because they can and will post a score.

I am pretty happy with where we are at.

Despite what some are saying, this is a hard game to win.

I reckon you're right Sup, our middle D is better than Titans though, should limit the damage. They might have a distinct advantage out wide. Blocker's right, we're just going to have to outscore the Cowboys, if we can't I don't like our chances.
