I reckon you're right Sup, our middle D is better than Titans though, should limit the damage. They might have a distinct advantage out wide. Blocker's right, we're just going to have to outscore the Cowboys, if we can't I don't like our chances.

Blocker was probably drunk when he said that. I go back to my earlier pt, next week's game is about power vs speed. If we overpower them through the middle, they're never getting into our red zone. That's how we nullified, in my view, much more dangerous attacking units like Manly and Brisbane. I maintain we are the sort of team that matches up well against them.

I think the problem with Penrith is they are still using their 2019-2024 gameplan but not accounting for the fact that the current crop is just not capable of implementing that plan anymore. Ivan has to confront that reality by coaching the team he has, not the team he used to have.

You're right, last week means nothing in this comp. I remember having a similar foreboding the week before we played Melbourne and they were putting 50 on some team. Oh wait, that's not a good example...

let's just have faith in webby that he knows how to handle the cows attack. It'll be a good game next week between two of the in-form teams in the comp with vastly different styles. It's going to be a 1-12 game either way. Anyone who thinks otherwise is dreaming.

I'm not sure they will "come right". JFH and Luai seem to be the ones that broke the camel's back when it comes to Penrith. The current crop are just not cutting it.
