Is our youth good enough? Not seeing anyone in cup that's screaming out to be put in first grade

We have 2 in first grade we aren’t using. Laban / Zyon Maiu’u.

Starting 13 average age 28.5 yesterday. Add the bench and we averaged 27.35.

Mitch - Tohu - Capewell isn’t the most youthful line. It’s concerning.

Yeah that's a fair point, particularly Laban. I am not sold on Zyon Maiu’u yet, didn't like some of his front in defence in cup but got to give him a chance to sink or swim sooner or later

funny story. Ricky wasn’t sold on Strange so in a game he left him out there hurt to test his gut.

Ricky clearly isn’t scared of blooding youth. Seems to disagree they can’t handle it.

They are a year or two away from being a very good team. This broncos team didn't just happen this year

went from wooden spooners to making the big dance. Definitely worth it in the long run for them playing such a youthful lineup and making them learn the hard way.

Another coach wouldn’t play a 19yo at half and a 18 at FB… And that kid is getting mauled but so what. Won’t get a harder game. Survive this and you’ll survive anything.
