Blake Green is definitely up there.

He was with us when we beat the Tigers, switched to Newcastle midweek and yup - beat the Tigers the following weekend too.

I vaguely remember them mentioning that he had been with the most or equal most clubs because of it.

Wiki update: Wikipedia says 7 clubs, equal to Tyran Smith and Darrien Doherty (who only played 67 games and 50 of those were the Steelers, Mariners, Rams)

Surely you count Super League. Green played a third of his career in the UK for Wigan and Hull. Makes 9 professional clubs
