Wouldn't be surprised if they'd all prefer to live in New Zealand than play for the Titans, but we can't take them all.
Ha ha
They could live in the rain capital of the world - Auckland
Or ‘’traffic free’’’ Tauranga
New Plymouth the new Robina!
I ll have you know Robina s claim to fame is that it has more roundabouts than anywhere well lots of places

Jesus wept Kos, Spend a bit of time in Robina (remember when it was all sand dunes) and there are similarities between there and here. Main one is, we both have a lot of kiwis.

Sand dunes?
Really been here since 07
Never seen any sand dunes in Robina
It’s changed heaps since then gets extremely congested at peak hours with shitty multi entry roundabouts like the Panmure roundabout on steroids

Forgot to mention, the French make roundabouts a national sport and of course being from the other side of the world, we have to enter/exit from the other side. Not too hard once you get the hang of it. The trick is to folllow the car in front even if it means several rotations until you can get off

Fun fact:
  • Auckland: ~1,200–1,400 mm per year
  • Sydney: ~1,200 mm per year
  • Gold Coast: ~1,200–1,300 mm per year
Difference is Sydney and Gold Coast have massive heavy downpours while Auckland has lots of light rain.

The biggest difference is when it’s not raining, Australia is generally sunny while Auckland is frequently overcast and waiting for more rain

What’s the traffic in Tauranga really like now realised I haven’t been there for a slight 25 years

Pretty shrewd move by storm to offer a loan of Pezet. Storm are interested in Tino and Cooper Bai, they’ll be hoping this offer somehow gets them into the picture. Bai off contract end the year anyway. They’ve already got Pahulu from there

To locals it’s outrageously bad where once there no traffic, it now has 5 minutes of traffic jams in the mornings. 🤷‍♂️

Tauranga has 140k people and is relatively deserted having come from Auckland., so no complaints here.

SOME roads into town (eg from Omokoroa) have terrible local bottleneck issue but a motorway is being built to fix this and being a tourist area on public holidays there can be a half hour queue into town.
