If Perth play their cards right, I'd expect a big English contingent to form the backbone of the team. There are a lot of expats out west and it is quicker to get to and from than other Australian cities.

Apparently George Williams hasn’t signed with the Phins yet. Warrington asking for a 400k transfer fee or possibly a player swap with Nikorima as both are off contract end of next season

The Phins should just do the swap IMO. I have no idea why they would want Williams, they must see him as a perfect fit next to Katoa (I don't think so) so what's the point of having Nikorima. They clearly don't think he's their future. Problem will be getting him to agree, which if I was him, I'd tell them to bugger off.

Wouldn’t mind Neame if playing next to JFH got a lift out of his performance. Makes me wonder what’s going on with Ale so close to June 30 and he’s not listed as injured or playing nsw cup?
