That game reminded me of the early rounds last year. Give up early points which puts us in a hole that we have to work our way out of it.

Also some of the later games last year when we were getting stronger in the second half.

A bit gutting as were all over the top sides last year due to injuries or a few events. This one was a few great plays late.

Cursed.

Gutted for the team.
It seems like it ..just insane how we can lose than 8pts ahead with only mins to go Fuck that's the storm never give up and insane effort in the attack
wish DWZ was half as good in the tackle as he is in attack .. like he's got lube on his hands can never seem to grab the player in D!!

In our long history of conflict that is the first time Storm players have acted like the won the GF after playing the Warriors.

They will be shitting themselves when they hit Mt Smart in June.

I said last week it looked like Tuaupiki was looking like he'd make a break. He had the good run out of the in goal and had some good kick returns where he'd get through defenders and find his front.

Also thought Lussick had a good game. A big effort playing that long in the middle.
Last Week Taine topped the meters ran by all NRL fullbacks, only to be roundly criticized in here by people that are looking for a new player to be as good as the best in the world on debut.

He was our best defensive player tonight with the way he handled all the Storm trickery on the last.

I know it’s probably the hurt me that’s talking but I can’t take that last five minute bullshit that just happened, we should’ve won that match but we lost the plot just like last week.
