I feel like Niukore has been a disappointment overall and has not justified the money he's on. Apart from the injuries and suspensions, he just hasn't been effective.

Like @Wrighty says, I'm new to league and don't know the ins and outs of playing positions, but everytime I see this guy try to run into a hole he gets cut short easily. Big for nothing vibes same as I get with Bunty. Don't remember seeing too many tackle busts given his size and hype.

For the $850k he's on I'd expect a bit more oomph.

I wouldn't mind moving him on, promote a junior and use majority of that money to get someone with a bit more strike power. The Tigers and a few other clubs would surely be interested.

On an edge he would run between a half and an edge. Or over a half. Or through an edge. He has done it this year but like our whole team....not consistently

Too one dimensional
Straight and hard
Easy pickings for someone who can tackle
Might as well throw him into Prop unless RTS can teach him one of his steps

I think a few people have already commented, but the bloke trained in the middle all off season so would have packed on a bit more muscle which slows him down. He then got injured and came back on to the edge, where imo he's less effective atm due to the extra muscle.

He nearly gets through the line most times, but yeah hasn't looked his best this year. I remember that big run off SJ last year to win the game against Manly, he deffo couldn't do that at the minute, way too slow for that. I think it's impacted his defence too, has struggled to move laterally and has been caught out about 3 or 4 times in the last month.

He was originally signed at 625k, 850k is the amount that was said by a DT article where they make up all the salaries.

I thought it was $625 before the collective agreement was signed, and then as the salary cap rose, many players had a bump in their salary to match the bump in the salary cap.

I remember Addin being on around $800k and that got bumped past a mill too

It’s not just zero tackle though- Fox sports, daily telegraph and various other sources all report the same.
They could all be wrong but what makes “stuff” so reliable in your eyes?

Even with the % rise in cap, he's still on less than 850k if 625k rose by the same %.

25% increase in line with the cap would be approx 780k

Zero Tackle, Fox Sports and DT use the same source mate. I haven't seen any others.

Ah yeah that sounds plausible and familiar… I think this has already been gone over a few times.
Anyway yeah we’re not getting value for money whatever it is.
Ive always preferred him in the middle but for some reason we released Curran? And signed capewell?
Hard to work out the plan for the edge forward position.
Id like to see Leka and Laban get more opportunity.
