Geez one set plays practice session on normal intensity & both my hookers get injuries! In a normal season there’d be maybe 1-2 practice related injuries for a club. Any chance of the injury dial being turned to something a bit more realistic?
That sounds like a shout out for a trade.

Don't forget they have just come off of probably their hardest game of the year too

It is currently realistic and is using NRL range of injuries per team per season. If anything it is a bit more generous as no major or season ending injuries are generated through training sessions, only minor injuries where players can play (but if they do, higher chance of a more serious injury).

There is also an option in training per week to do recovery sessions to clear out minor injuries, but is a tactical option as it means you are unable to do other types of trainings to boost your player's attributes (based on the type of training selected) for the upcoming game.

Yes, teams with injuries may look to trade out a injured player (and cop potentially a loss) to get a fit player into the squad.

Trading is a tactical option that i suspect not every team is utilising. By end of the season i suspect things will change. Good squad depth is important as are salary cap space to maneouvre to these trades.

Losing both hookers in a practice session isn’t realistic

When your panicking about your next opponent and do the most intense training option to try to stay competitive, these things happen mate.

Don’t blame the game 🤣

Home teams went 4 & 0 last week. 🤞
But 1-3 the week before though. There is certainly a home ground advantage built in.

Only 1 team will be undefeated by end of this round.

Have a soft spot for Las Vegas as they have been hammered in the judiciary stakes. Quietly hoping that all winless teams get a win soon.

Really interested to see how Offiah goes as well. Ellery Hanley took a week to start firing. Wonder if itll be the same with Offiah too.

How does their initial form get calculated?
starts at a default 70.

BTW keep the questions coming. There is now a FAQ/Help section in the Ultimate Team menu or can be directly accessed via this:

I have had AI generate the FAQ based on the codebase for everything that the franchise owner sees, or has control over, but if you find anything you want answered you can also submit the question in the relevant category. Some of the answers may be generic so if you want anything delved into deeper let me know. Also there may be some that may not be applicable for our season as they are configurable i.e. season typically runs longer with a larger finals series etc. There may also be some errors or some explanations that are too technical. Ill keep refining it but should be helpful for all franchise owners.

Some of the FAQ's now have built in interaction elements so you can now have an idea on how it functions. Theres over 100 FAQs now and probably a few more to be created but should be sufficient to answer most questions. If there is anything that needs further clarification let me know.

Does the Utility Icon that Hohaia & Noovao have mean their effectiveness doesn't drop in secondary position?
*edit - looks like they're no longer

Yeah the utility icon was removed.

But yes there was a meaning behind it. Utility player icons (Meti's prob should be removed tbh but i wont do that this season) actually meant that these players are 10% more effective when coming off the bench. Lance was a supersub and that logic was actually placed for him. Pity he is playing at low fitness this week so his impact on or off the bench will be very limited anyway and prob could do with a rest week @Inruin

I have a number of questions....

I'm playing a standard defense but getting hit with 6 agains and penalties.

I'm unsure how my team is getting so many errors. We had no problem making metres apparently.

How are injuries calculated. Alexander ribs and taken off, CNK shoulder and taken off, Fein shoulder and stays on, Kata HIA but passes but have Fusitua to centre and Mitch Barnett playing wing. I think Mitch Barnett may have ended up playing halfback at some stage and putting in kicks?

Add to that Pompey off field disgression and Hermanson contract issue.... as I have spent almost all my cap trying to have a balanced squad with depth, am I at more risk of these salary cap pressure issues versus teams who have smaller squads and depth but a chunk of cap space left?

Seems like a lot going against me this round.
