My only hope is that we were carrying significant injuries to key players and Webby wrote this game off. Its the only explanation I can find that sufficient for the shit team list, shit game plan and shit interchange usage.

TMM should be popping up on the left & demanding the ball. Our attack is being limited to one side only.Is that because everything is going through the right side though? And even SJ popping up on the left? All attack is going through SJ. Even Cronk on the commentary identified early that we were having joy on the left but we persisted to the right after SJ crossed the line fairly easily early on
SJ probably does need to release the reigns from time to time but also TMM needs to take ownership of that edge and start demanding the ball. He also needs to look at the shape their throwing up that edge, cause atm there is none.TMM should be popping up on the left & demanding the ball. Our attack is being limited to one side only.
Not picking on him but hes not up to FG yet.
TMM stays on the left but doesn’t seem to be trusted to lead an attacking play? Not sure if it’s designed for SJ to be leading all attacking plays or if he’s over calling everything? One thing I noticed was our discipline was very poor, especially in the tackle. TMM held onto the player too long at one point but worst I thought for it was Berry, stayed on the player way too longTMM should be popping up on the left & demanding the ball. Our attack is being limited to one side only.

Agreed but at least we were improving with Metcalf and not going backwards like nowSJ probably does need to release the reigns from time to time but also TMM needs to take ownership of that edge and start demanding the ball. I know Metcalf was criticized for not being able to unlock that side of the field but if anything that left has become even less effective since his departure.
Glad you managed to get to the game hope you didn’t get stuck in that weird wrap around stand?First live game in Australia
Fkkk that sucked.
Don't even have any good sideline takes to share. We were shit. Edge D was very shit.
Richie Morgan has a good thing going with Warrior Nation. Massive Kudos to that guy.
Apparently a bunch of trains are out of action due to the floods last week. Next train now 46 mins away ahead of a 1hr 45m journey back to the city
When going and looking at the stats, we were on the better side of a majority of them which is concerning in regards to the score line. Could be nothing more than a tough start to the season to which we’ve been in every game we’ve played right up until the end until yesterday. Could be nothing more than it catching with us?Agreed but at least we were improving with Metcalf and not going backwards like now
Yeah I am pissed but optimistic for the rest of the season. When going and looking at the stats, we were on the better side of a majority of them which is concerning in regards to the score line. Will be interesting to see the rest of the results for the round. Sometimes it’s a round where all outsiders get up and have a win, would probably have picked the eels to beat dolphins although their positions on the ladder would probably see the result as accurate. 100% anyone can beat anyone, which is why we need to give the titans the respect they deserve coming into the next gameYeah I am pissed but optimistic for the rest of the season.
We were doing it easy first 20 mins & then coasted or so it seemed. Not all but a few.
NRL FG demands 110% attitude for the full game .Anything less & you are going to be in trouble.
Just look at Eels V.Dolphins.Who would have thought?
The game next week will determine our season imho, we have to bounce back. Will be interesting to see the rest of the results for the round. He’s an interesting one in that no he doesn’t show up well in traditional stats but he does stick to specific roles he’s been given- for example our 5th tackle option from distance relies on him sprinting downfield and shutting down the player catching the ball, then followed up by 1-2 marker shut downs to keep the opposition pinned deep and burning tackles. He can also distribute and fit into set moves which is where RTS is struggling. Most of you would disagree with me, but I'd drop Berry. Imo he offers nothing.
This was a team loss. Coach included. Send Webby to cup for a week. Excuse that sarcastic last bit. Most of you would disagree with me, but I'd drop Berry. Imo he offers nothing.
Gassed? Probably but I think that whatever turnaround we have there should be a recovery strategy even if it means no training till we arrive in Sydney. We are plenty fit but you can be fit and exhausted or fit and buggered.I think we we're just gassed?
Along with the outs, you don't just bust out a 90 min draw against a team we always struggle with and then fly across the ditch and face our old hoodoo's and expect to blow them away.
It's not panic stations yet!
No doubt they outmuscled us. Their backs looked bigger than our forwards !Really felt like in attack we were going to the playbook that worked against a broken Souths defence, Drags did not have those spaces for us to run. Well played Drags. Our boys just gassed by the looks. Maybe more than a few out there playing with injuries? Poor discipline is going to kill you everytime.
I think he is a good attacking weapon. He's carried multiple defenders over the line to score. Hits go ood lines off SJ. Feeds DWZ well with time and space. But to improve he needs to grow attacking confidence. Throw back to Toopi, Tate, Renouf, Inglis. Now he is nothing on them offensively yet but at least they are a benchmark for him to aim to.He’s an interesting one in that no he doesn’t show up well in traditional stats but he does stick to specific roles he’s been given- for example our 5th tackle option from distance relies on him sprinting downfield and shutting down the player catching the ball, then followed up by 1-2 marker shut downs to keep the opposition pinned deep and burning tackles. But he’s also not really an attacking weapon
Our Ale's and Zyon Maiu’u's and Jazz's are midgets in stature and against a bigger team have to muscle up. We got our beans and it's stink. No doubt they outmuscled us. Their backs looked bigger than our forwards !
I sure a few of our guys are struggling with injuries and because of the big list already are forced to playing instead of time off. This was a team loss. Coach included. Send Webby to cup for a week. Excuse that sarcastic last bit.

It's in no way panic stations but contrast our output against Melbourne who just keep winning. The tight games. The banana games. There is a difference and it's in the headspace. And we have some fragile minds at the moment. Coach that out and we will fire. And it will be O for orsum
