Just watched Matty Johns on Buzz and Websters poddy.
He was saying he still does 1 on 1 coaching for 3 halves in the comp.
He said usually the player reaches out and Johns talks to the coach about what he needs etc.
This is what Metcalf could totally benefit from.
John’s working with Cronk and Munster over the years he could help Metcalf big time.

It's a tough nut. Wait to long and the price goes up if its good and it gives him the opptunity to maybe look else where a bit. As people know the negotiation window is bullshit. But if you go to early it could turn into a dud. I don't think that'll be the case personally but i totally understand the perspective.
