I just think the guy was an evil blackmailer. Had cameras in every room recording everything that went on with every single guest.
Has massive files of pictures of famous people he sets up with woman.
Ultimate blackmailer and I don’t particularly give much value and trust to clear blackmailers.
Having said that, we all know Trump is a womaniser that was enjoyed power, fame and woman. Could be dodgy stuff has happened but I’ll wait until I see proof.

I was in the states last month, it's fk'n expensive to buy a product that isn't made or provided locally. I know that's it's just street economics but a good example is that public transport is roughly the same price as Australia and NZ but a coffee is double the price and so are clothes. The disparity is fairly wide compared to somewhere like London where everything's more expensive than here but nothing is double the price.The armchair economists have been a bit quiet lately

The tariffs have to be a tax on the American consumer unless foreign exporters are slashing their prices by the amount of the new tariffs and\or importers aren't passing the tariff costs on so the consumer continues to pay what they've always paid for imported goods. Simplistic but how else could it work? Am I missing something?
Another notable difference was how quiet the airport was. It would be interesting to see what the projected hit to tourism is.

Casual dining is crazy expensive in the US and has been getting worse for years. $7 USD for a coffee before tax and tip. We had a BBQ dinner with a couple of beers and it ended being $45USDp/p... $65USD after tax and tip = $95AUD.. You can have a couple of fine dining plates for that in Aus
