As a fellow progressive, much of the social advancement in society today has been from the left (Woman’s rights; equality; LGBT; BLM, etc). It’s something to be proud of. And as it’s been the same all around the world you could say it’s been a planned push shaping society for the better.

What major changes has the right bought to society for better or worse? Even as a centralist, some big right conspiracy is a bit of a stretch. Maybe just rebalancing before our next big left led push, when we can drag He Puapua out again!

What do you call an attempt? Got to be a creditable actual attempt that is trying to succeed - not like the fake tariffs that they suddenly back out of.

Panama I will accept - Greenland, Mexico, Canada will all cause an unacceptable international push back.
