Depends who they are, non-affiliation with party politics is great but there's a lot of independent nutjobs too, some of them were too cooked even for ACT or Liz Gunn's party.

I understand , but if there were 100 non affiliated nutjobs coming to consensus rather than 100 affiliated nutjobs I'd prefer it I think. It's harder to buy off 100 independents than 2 parties.

Quite possibly, I think it's a changing of the guard somewhat to a new gen of tech oligarchs with their own visions. Elon is now able to buy govts and dial economies to maximize his fortune until he achieves his ultimate goal, becoming Master of the Universe.

My daughter and family flew into LA from Mexico today.
She emailed
Arrived back in LA, in shuttle to Disneyland now. Massive winds here have caused a major bushfire up near Santa Monica. We could see the flames from the airport terminal - it looked massive! May mean our tour on Saturday doesn’t go to Santa Monica - we’ll just have to wait and see..
