He was in my PG Dip Bus class back in the 90's. Spectrum weirdo. Always had a 1000yd stare even when he was talking to you.Stuart Nash - politician for hire
In amongst all this madness, who gets the moolah from all this buying and selling of carbon credits? We’re paying $1400 per carbon tonne to ship Auckland’s food waste to Reporoa instead of just dumping it in the landfill and buying a $50 carbon credit.
We don’t have to. We’re doing it to be nice to the planet - while polluting the environment moving it 240km’s to do so…
Lots of ‘rubbish’ like this making NZ so damn expensive to live, for no benefit.
That's because you're so embedded in neoliberal propaganda, and so far gone to the right that you can't see anything but an individualistic me me me egotistical world view. Congratulations. We’re paying $1400 per carbon tonne to ship Auckland’s food waste to Reporoa instead of just dumping it in the landfill and buying a $50 carbon credit.

Should do a Jacinda. Virtue signal and then run.In amongst all this madness, who gets the moolah from all this buying and selling of carbon credits?
Doesn't appear to be us
Can't see us sticking to Paris for much longer, Joe Public is finally cottoning onto the cost (probable $30b when we don't reach our targets in 2030)
Wonder what Baldy's strategy is
What's a virtue signal Inruin? And help me understand the context that you're applying it here?Should do a Jacinda. Virtue signal and then run.

Henare was being talked up within Māori as a future PM. Don’t think that’s feasible now!Stuff

All by elections have low but that’s appealing. You could almost say they didn’t meet the quorum and the winner doesn’t have a mandate to represent the people.27% turnout apparently
Obviously more voting for the Moari party candidate than the labour candidate all the same27% turnout apparently
Well, committing the country to over and above promises that we didn't need to and can't afford, and then skipping town. It's who they are. For the poor, by the poor, making all poorer. What's a virtue signal Inruin? And help me understand the context that you're applying it here?
Lots of vested interests quoted there. Almost propaganda! That's because you're so embedded in neoliberal propaganda, and so far gone to the right that you can't see anything but an individualistic me me me egotistical world view. Congratulations.

Turbo-charging tomatoes with Auckland’s food scraps
Aucklanders’ food scraps now provide renewable energy to help to power the tomatoes that may very well end up on Aucklanders’ plates.ourauckland.aucklandcouncil.govt.nz

But you carry on, you continue your deliberate deflection of what a disaster for New Zealand this hard right anti democratic government of the rich, by the rich, for the rich actually is.
A virtue signal was what happened with the O&G exploration ban. No consultation, no discussion, even her own caucus wasn't aware of what she was up to. No thought about the ramifications or downstream effects on investmentWhat's a virtue signal Inruin? And help me understand the context that you're applying it here?
Your vested interests on display too wiz - your propaganda, your lies, you making shit up. As always.Lots of vested interests quoted there. Almost propaganda!
So tell me is transporting food scraps across the country (at a huge environmental cost) better for the environment than putting it into landfill (where 70% is still recovered.) or down the waste disposal. Post the facts to support your position.
And then, offset that benefit by the cost of living pressure the enormous costs imposes on the poor and child poverty statistics. These are the people I care about. Solutions that help the environment AND don’t burden those in need financially.
So you don’t know what the actual environmental benefits are? Or if there even are any?Your vested interests on display too wiz - your propaganda, your lies, you making shit up. As always.
You two should get a room.Wiz, what vested interests do you have in food scraps?
Or is that easier than actually answering your questions and discussing it with you?
