I’d particularly question whether this needs to be passed under urgency. Reading between the lines I would say their budget numbers aren’t looking great.

Because pay equity claims are a disgrace.

2. Since the aggregated data isnt like for like jobs it means part time female employees are forcing pay parity with full time male employee.

and most importantly
3. Pay equity claims are grievance based politics freed from market constraints that decimate everything it touches.

The reporting on these matters doesnt get amplified because it goes against the accepted narrative. Just like Spain's complete grid collapse thanks to renewables.

The equal pay in this does not relate directly to the wage gap between males and females, rather to the gap between similar jobs that are male dominant vs female dominant. EG being a carer vs being a corrections officer.

This was in violation of the equal pay act of 1978.

Because they’re a business (“in the trade”), they would pay tax on the income in the same way a shop would pay tax on their sales. Because they flip the houses before the sale is finalized, they would get caught up by the Brightline requirements.
