Hmmm… I can say Helen Clarkes govt was one of the best we’ve had and I regularly criticise Luxon and Seymour despite being more right than left.
I have an economic left and socially right outlook and can and do criticise or praise both sides.

Who cares about one man’s views in a democracy? I know the left like to cancel people but I care about the 1,000’s of high paying jobs he could bring with the huge tax take.
