Another 500 done.
I had to lighten the load and leave out the strength exercise. I am hoping the pull-ups yesterday were the cause of my forearm pain.
Ended up massaging my arms with voltaren and tiger balm to get through today.
Yes kettlebells.Is this kettlebells?
Always looks dangerous if you were to accidentally let go…
Save up the walk for a day when you know you need to rest the muscles.100% thinking of a good excuse not to gym tonight but this thread/ post has motivated me to say - no excuses.

I’ve now got my mind set on a 1hr treadmill power walk tonight.Save up the walk for a day when you know you need to rest the muscles.
You fellas all have way better motivation than me, guess you'll live longer and be less of a burden on the health system than I'm likely to be if I don't do something about quitting smoking and improving my fitness soon. All credit to you.
RIP Marty Phillips, old mate of mine who passed last week.

Self loathing makes me care less about my health, seeing the effects of lung cancer first hand hasn't worked either, I don't know what it'll take. First heart attack maybe.Condolences. It’s never too late to start. I think self hate actually helps motivate me.
I’ve been telling myself not to be a little B*tch and to get on that thread mill tonight and kill the dam thing..
Nice thread Frank.Start strong, finish strong. Five and a half kms of hills to kick off the challenge.

Sounds like you enjoy the experience of punishing yourself to extremes and pushing yourself to the edge of what you can tolerate, I kinda get thatMotivation is a strange thing my guy. Mine is a mix of things, but a large part is arrogance at being better, doing things others wont. Another part is joy, privileged to be fit and healthy.
I hate running and I work out until I feel sick, but the results make me love the process.
Running shirtless in a downpour loving life, is a crazy high, one thats only topped by people looking at you like you are insane.Sounds like you enjoy the experience of punishing yourself to extremes and pushing yourself to the edge of what you can tolerate, I kinda get that
I think I follow the Warriors to see how much I can take before I crack, thats probably another form of self harming. Also Im 41.. My window for being physically exceptional is closing. 10 years on strength, 20 on endurance.
Food and sleep are harder than the exercise but it's a great way to look at itDont forget the other sides of the health triangle; food and sleep. I'll be having steak, mash and peas and ging to sleep around 9:30pm
People look at me that way fully clothed. I'll keep my shirt on a bit longer thanks.Running shirtless in a downpour loving life, is a crazy high, one thats only topped by people looking at you like you are insane.
