Katoa nearly bloody won it for the Storm, but my god Walsh in every way won that game for the Broncs.

Even up to that last play where Katoa busted through and put Paps into space and Reece managed to double off onto him......that was the game winning tackle right there.

The whole finals series has been great.

Maybe Madge stopped flogging them after Bully had a quiet word about it. Whatever the catalyst, dealing with Mam and his case, Haasy's family state, Kevvies departure and all that. Great turnaround and toilet bowls for everybody.

I think Walsh learned a lot from that grand final loss to the Panthers where he switched off at the end to let Cleary score.

I'm dubious though. He has scored a couple of generational talents in Walsh and Haas, and then some other freaks too. The Broncos had it, it was just whether or not they could mature enough.

Mind you Maguire was brought in to remove the soft underbelly and they have been a lot more physical and committed.

Similar to the Panthers last week. The Storm couldn't score a point in the second half.

Some good storylines with that win. Coming back from 2023. Reynolds gets another premiership late in his career. Hunt turns around 2015.

Then all of the storylines with the injuries. The Broncos ended that game with their two veterans on the sideline watching the rest of them turn it around.

Well if you are going to do it. Do it in a Grand Final with the game on the line.

Got his body in the way. Also had the chase on Papenhuyzen earlier that had him going towards the sideline and had to pass in field or go out.
