I think people need a bit of a check, pretty much out classed by cleary on this one.

They played well and the young boys will be better for tonight so overall good season. Keeping Barnett fit all season will probably be the biggest key.

But excited for more young kids to debut and the next few years are looking good. Only goal for next year is to make the finals again and keep it consistent for a couple years

Those last two tries were a killer. If it stayed within 4 points it is a pretty fair reflection overall of the game. We can also try and build some pressure.

Instead we ended up pushing it more.

I don't like the pass. But, that was a telling kick into space with a terrible bounce. They chased and were there to support.

The To'o try was unfortunate. A dropped ball and he has the speed to tack off. Also on that one we haven't had much passind out the back all year. One of the few times we do and we miss it. Also went to someone filling in at right centre. The position that has been an issue all year.

we played well majority of the game, couple unlucky bounces blew it out and basically no coming back from that,,, Leka had some good moments and some shockers, he'll learn from those and be better for the experience, so will the other young lads.... im looking forward to the new season, with new stock, better seasoned younger players all going hard in pre season... next season cant come soon enough

The six again is so frustrating.

We started the scoring off with a penalty due to a high shot in their 20. Then it seemed like we didn't get any six agains until the game was over. The one off the kick off on the first tackle isn't worth as much.

We got a lot of penalties. But it does come off suspect that their discipline improved at one end of the field.

We got done for ruck interference in the first half. Then later Halasima beats a few so they need to hold him down. A six again seemed justified and would have been a good chance to build pressure as it was on the 5th. So, a full set. No six again.

We do seem to give a lot away but like tonight have to fight for them.

It then gets frustrating when the ref puts the whistle away and then all of a sudden decides six agian.

If you want to play a money ball style of play. Time in posession would be a stat to work off. Playing out extra sets you are given would build that up.

Yes really think Phins deserved to be in the 8 over us going off the last month of footy they were building we were fading and really we had so many tin-ass wins we could have easy lost and not made the 8
Oh I don't know bro. Yes the Phins were scoring points for fun but over the course of the season we deserved to be about where we got to. Those tin ass wins are tin ass losses in other years and when you win them is a W in your column Vs an L.

Honestly the game plan was great, just players can’t pass the ball at the right time or catch the ball, that was literally the difference, we should have run over the top of them in the last quarter

We were.

Pinned them and Cleary kicking from his 20.

That was shaping to be a period of dominace for us. How the ball bounces like that in wet conditions I'll never know.

Just on Cleary, my God he is a master. His kicking game pretty much won them the game, they didn't bring much else.
