We are really impotent right now. Like a full clip in an Uzi loaded with blanks.

I know we hauled the score back. But they are an average average team. So what does that make us?

Well…

we couldn’t beat rock 🪨 with paper 📄

we couldn’t beat an egg 🥚 with a whisk.

we couldn’t beat a snail 🐌 in a drag race 🏎️.

and we sure as hell ain’t beating Penrith. 🐆

And sorry 🪨-O 🍓 has got to be squeezed out. Or pressed into a tastie Tyson Smoothy. He’s a Ben Henry level injury liability. Sad for him but the sooner he moves on the sooner he can start a new career!

Not too worried about result, injuries was more important. Lost Rocco. not good.
Leka did ok to fill in @ centre
We actually won that game Manlys 2nd try double movement says it all ( bunker confirmed it) the score would of been 23 - 26 to us ...
To be honest need to up a notch or 2 to get past rnd 1... but to blatantly be honest we aint got the cattle to do it..

As stated above, how come Dallin wants to start playing centre now?

The really funny thing is, Dallin made some piss poor decisions, but those ones were the ones we got lucky and Tom duffed it up. Twice he came in when Leka had the center/FB covered but they made errors.

The two tries (well at least one I remember) where he was out flanked I'm sure his insides fucked him over. Yes, Dallin gets caught in no man's land but it's the poor decisions inside him that leads to that. I do wish he'd fucking nail someone though, because most of the time he's left clutching air

Ive said previously we actually have a chance this season. I don't think AW will make the changes and let the side play though. Which is a shame because we have absolutely nothing to lose from here.
IMHO we have .000000000000000000000000000001% chance winning the comp with the cattle we have . .too many B-Grader players that shouldn't be in FG .. if we Beat Panthers I'd be very surprised but that will be the only if some players are LEFT THE FUCK OUT of the team

Even that first try it took them a while to confirm it.

I was half expecting them to see nothing wrong after the bounce so the'd go back and check them all being behind the kicker for the kick off.

I also think we can make the Grand Final if we can through next week. If we can beat Penrith it will be like the matrix moment where Neo starts to believe.

That was imo the worst performance all year. Dallin made some terrible defensive decisions, I’ve actually backed him so far this year due to the clear defensive systems but tonight was bad. Marata ran for 58m, in 55m. Hes deadwood, and needs to fuck off.

Probably tanners worst game in his career. Obviously still back him, but he was out on his feet after 15mins, leaking line breaks and missing tackles. Not quite up to it, yet.

Tanah showed his limitations tonight, but I feel like CHT needs to step up & give him a bloody hand. When things aren’t going well, take the bull by the hands & take the line on.

Erin Clark for player of the year for me, without him our middle gets absolutely rolled.

It’s extremely frustrating. We know what to do, Webby knows what to do, they’re just not doing it. Giving piggy back penalties, stupid errors (9 in the first half wtf!), and continually poor decisions on the edge. It’s really not that hard, but we’re just not all on the same page & the team is extremely low on confidence. They essentially need to forget tonight happened & start again next week.
