National have slashed and burnt infrastructure spending and investment from day one, with no back up plan, and created a huge shock prolonging this recession unnecessarily as well. The recovery should be well under way by now.

Yet the article you posted isn't about a prolonged recession caused by National, slashing and burning, infrastructure or investment... it's about the OCR which NO government (left, right or centralist) can alter because the Reserve Bank can't be influenced by the Government and has to remain independent.

To try and use this information to blame the government on a prolonged recession is pretty much entering Wiz's misinformation levels....

What a joke of a person and party. If only she put as much effort in to domestic issues rather than foreign matters where she literally doesn't have to do anything but blow wind at. She is a disgrace. The fact she is happy to miss a week of parliament says it all really.

Yeah let’s just waltz in & do what Chloe demands… unfortunately decisions like that don’t happen in isolation to other potential consequences. We’re already dealing with a new 15% tariff from our second largest export market who unsurprisingly doesn’t share her opinion, we need to be careful how we move forward on the Israel issue.

Ummm. I'm pretty sure you'll find that the Green party are speaking up very strongly about all the things you've mentioned, you just don't pay attention to their output. The Greens ARE strong leaders, you just don't want to listen. I guess politicians shouldn't have spoken out in 1981 or keeping NZ nuclear free or any number of international issues that the good people of NZ may feel strongly about. Yes making public statement on a murderous regime is leadership. It's also what her constitutes think.
