it's just bad memories from our last game. 66-6 and all. I went to that game and I still have nightmares from LKP streaking down DWZ's wing.I see why people are concerned about the speed the Titans have out wide but in reality games are won in the middle. I think Warriors have a clear advantage there, especially with the bench sharpshooters. So, boring old yardage, completions and field position.
Anything but a Loss against 17th placed Titans is unacceptable especially at home.
But that 666 is still clearly imprinted, its the Nrl so anythings possible, I'm expecting a big game from Dallin today hopefully he's got sticky fingaz and sured up defense.
With the Eels knocking over the Broncos nothing is guaranteed. 2pts is all I want to keep 4th place secure
Expect nothing but a loss people!
You're being pessimistic, not realistic. If you don't mind me saying, your expectations for the team in general are just way too low. I think you've been predicting us dropping out of the four for weeks now.We are at the point of the draw that most concerned me this year.
Back to back games vs the Titans and Dolphins.
At the start of the year I had us losing this game and next week.
Mid season I still had us losing to the Titans and Dolphins.
The reasons are obvious, both have speed where we do not, both keep the ball live where we struggle with second phase, I know we have never lost to the Dolphins but that is not the point, a loss is always a game away, you cannot beat a club like them forever.
But focussing on this game, I had us losing one of the two Titans clashes (just being realistic) and my sense was they would catch us out in the first meeting and hopefully we would adjust and get even the second meeting.
I cannot see us winning against them twice. So a win today would be wonderful, that would at least get us the victory we need of our two meetings out of the way and reduce our number of wins needed to remain a top four chance.
Hand on heart I hate to post it but I still have us finishing fifth or sixth place. Most of that is the heat coming from below us from teams that are on paper better than us....the rest is the very real peril that the Titans and Dolphins, and Manly represent in our final run. Bad news collective. Dogs too....some think we have an easier draw, not me, I would rather we were playing the Sharks or Raiders today, true story.
Please win Warriors.
I don't feel negative about our team at all. You're being pessimistic, not realistic. If you don't mind me saying, your expectations for the team in general are just way too low. I think you've been predicting us dropping out of the four for weeks now.
Any "realistic" observer would have us winning both tits games this year. We don't deserve to be playing finals if we drop either of those games. As for Phins, we've already beaten a stronger version of the team that will play us next week. With the home advantage, that's another game we should be winning.
No doubt we'll slip up somewhere on the run home. But I'd think that it happens against the Dogs or Manly last round if webby decides to rest our players. We should be disappointed if the slip up occurs in any of our home games against teams outside the 8. We're currently 9-0 against teams outside the 8.
The broncos lost last night. We are at the point of the draw that most concerned me this year.

Yeah it wasnt a case of the Titans didnt believe in him.Clark played every game for them last season though
Hell yeah brother. This has got me revved all the way up.For and against, let’s go.
Please bro! I said the same thing about the Knights last week and fml I don't want that rollercoaster againTitans are not a good side on paper, and not a good side on the park either.
If we aren't flogging them by at least 30 I'll have concerns.
Yes, plus big Tino and David Fifita. We should be too good for them through the middle, our pack should dominate.lucky for us that three of the architects of that devastation: Verrills, Kini and LKP are not playing today.
