Yes but we are already in the top 4 and are at home and are on a 8 game win streak against this team.Every team says that every week, Benji probably said it to his boys today.

Alex Seyfarth off the bench worries me, seen him bust open games with his footwork and offloads. I get the same danger signs from him as I did about Shibasaki last week.Yes but we are already in the top 4 and are at home and are on a 8 game win streak against this team.
Who? Alex who? The guy who who will be penalised the most in this game!Alex Seyfarth off the bench worries me, seen him bust open games with his footwork and offloads. I get the same danger signs from him as I did about Shibasaki last week.
Hope so bro, its won up front. But look at their spine, if Luai plays it's the equal of ours if not better. I miss BarneyWho? Alex who? The guy who who will be penalised the most in this game!
Go at him Fisher Harris! Pull him to the gutters amd see what he can do!
There is absolutely no excuse to lose to this team this weekend!
I just read the same propaganda release in last weeks Roosters Vs Tigers thread.Every team says that every week, Benji probably said it to his boys today.
I'm with you. Metcalf is our only speedster, and his ability to see and accelerate into half-gaps has been a revelation this season.Boyd is going to be really interesting and I'm looking forward to seeing it.
Apparently, we are going to be getting a much more classical halfback style - guidance around the park, strong kicking, (goal kicking a good bonus). I think this helps us greatly, but.....
He will need attacking help and this is where we are lacking.
We relied on a shitload of Metcalf individual brilliance (which is great if you have it).
Presumably Boyd is going to steer us to where we need to get to, but where are points coming from?
my new secret weapon...set expectation diaBig performances due from Niukore and Jackson Ford who were very poor last game with their discipline and output. Think the positional and starting changes will suit them both tho. Rocco Berry another that needs to step up. I know he keeps coming back from injury but he really does need to hit the ground running as all his performances so far this season have been underwhelming.
The Tannah and CHT dynamic will be very interesting, dont think either of them really threaten the line but im hoping for Tannahs sake he can impact with his game play.
Good to have Dallin back and (altho i wouldve gone Roger at fullback to replace like for like with CNK) here's hoping Tane gets some room to show his fast feet
Home crowd to get us home in this one. With the whole Galvin debacle im actually sort of rooting for the Tigers this year but sorry not this week.....more pain on the way for Benji's boys!
love your confidence! Why are we worried about the tigers!? They are fucken shithouse and we should smash them to pieces!
Release the hounds!
yep agree, have made a change to my EXPECTATION dial, for some unfathomable reason the default setting was set on high, "dumbass" will now put to low, problem solved, however I am super confident that Tana is the key player we have been waiting for since 95, we had brandy, then cliff beverly, stacey, lance then green and lastly shauny, so I think in Tana we have someone who Andrew Webster will turn into a superstar, and lastly he looks like he's the son of Webby??? lol, the planets have aligned, this is our year!!!I think we got over-confident after our big win over the Sharks and have been brought back to earth with two losses since. Now, we have to grind out a win with a good kick and chase game,
It's not only NSW cup, we are dominating NSW cup! I have faith boyd and Tuaupiki will do a fine job. Does anyone think Toeava is a shout this weekend for an NRL debut? On paper we should do better with Boyd than Metcalf, on paper the team should get stronger now not weaker.
If you think about it, we have an in form halfback replacing an in form half back, how often does that happen outside of the Roosters or Storm?
You only need look at what Boyd has done to the NSW cup team. He has them playing like an NRL side. No one has done that before.
People will say to that "it's only the NSW cup" but they are missing the point, it is actually a lot harder to get the Warriors Reggies to play NRL style football than it is to get the Warriors NRL side to do it. See my point?
A lot then will come down to how well CHT can adapt. He is the weak link in our plans from here, in as much as he is not an attacking stand off, he doesn't have the nose for it, however, that said, and I know it is harsh, I will say he is in the form of his life, and he is playing well, very well, we just need him to slip into the groove next to Boyd and we are away.
In a perfect world you would have a running six next to Boyd, but CHT will do a job...and his defence is critical to our play off the ball.
I am looking forward to this, someone said Blake Green, absolutely right, but Blake Green the younger.
I think we are going to strangle the Tigers, no mean feat, well I hope that is what happens, and if it doesn't, no panic, it will come, we will have a shut down playing style at some point with this matrix, and that controlling defensive territorial game is the Grail that Webster has been seeking.
The guy that the Warriors aggressively chased a couple of years agoWho? Alex who?
So given that Metcalf helped (assuming you don't think he hindered) get us to 4th. Do you expect byod to get us even further up the ladder? As I could see the dogs losing at least 2 more games. On paper we should do better with Boyd than Metcalf, on paper the team should get stronger now not weaker.

Well if NSW cant win without Barnett how the fuck can we!Further up the ladder? I wasn't really prepared to go that far, given we are in a post Barnett world, and likely to take a few games to bed in the new combo.
Then there is the harder third of the season to come, teams fighting for their lives now every week.
Having said all that I do think that provided we have some luck with injury then yes, passing the Dogs is gettable. Storm and Raiders no chance, and forgetting the ladder, I think there is every chance we will be playing better in a few games from here than where we were tracking.
He was filling in on the right wing while DWZ was out injured and dropped out when he returned. Took a nasty shot to the head a few weeks ago in nsw cup and was out for concussion. He got found out on the wing against cowboys, but probably no worse than what DWZ can be defensively at times. We miss a bit in CNK defending at the back, but probably gain more of an attacking threat in TuaupikiLooking forward to seeing TT back in first grade again ….
Can someone please remind what he did wrong to get dropped?
