Replace him with Ciraldo.Fire him!
Can't believe he wasn't picked up by another club. Going to be interesting how next year goes as other teams start to work out what we do. I suspect he will rise to the occasion as he seems to be a special coach.
When I saw this at the interview I swear it was a subtle dig at the refs.
It had to be, too much of a coincidenceWhen I saw this at the interview I swear it was a subtle dig at the refs.
I know a few older people who use this as their pointing finger. It had to be, too much of a coincidence
Some of our past coaches it was obviously not working. But I've always been in favour of if you have the right guy you should have faith in them to correct a bad season.Bro I'm riding this train all the way! I just hope when the club transitions from the Tohu, SJ sheck days, that we remember these good times and the fact he is a good coach and good leader.
He's the right kind of person who can bring in the new wave, but he will need time and we will have to be patient again some day.
Long may this continue!
Further to the above. Some of our past coaches it was obviously not working. But I've always been in favour of if you have the right guy you should have faith in them to correct a bad season.
We have an experienced squad at the moment. If a few key players retire at the same time we will likely have a bit of a hit. I'd be in favour of the club letting him rebuild the squad.
He said he coaches to the players he has not to a pre-imagined game plan. I'd have faith that if we had a bad year after a few key guys retire he would adjust the style of play the following year.
Agree! It would be amazing to see what he does with a young team that has been playing juniors and cup together for a while. Some of our past coaches it was obviously not working. But I've always been in favour of if you have the right guy you should have faith in them to correct a bad season.
