Ka kite 2024 season! Didn't expect such a fall from grace.

Was it beginners luck for Webby?

Are we missing some key ingredients?

Were the likes of Sironen and Curran players we should never have let go if? Was it a mistake recruiting Capewell and bringing RTS back to have his mercurial talents wasted at centre?

Are some of our leaders and older players past their use by date and is it time for a clean out?

After we got thrashed by the donkeys in the semi last year I doubted the look and make up of this squad - we don't have the size in our forward pack and clearly lack speed and x factor in the backline. Time to put some faith in our rangatahi and with all due respect it's obvious some of these old fullas get put out to pasture!

Skills can be worked on later. Right now, we need to players with endurance.

Use those funds to sign an elite fast winger and a middle forward
