Social Wrighty's Player Agent Game

I dont decide the penalty.

I need to have a think about what to do if you fine someone towards the end of the game for more than they have left.

I think the solution needs to be that they are allowed to pay what they have left over. Because the other alternative is that if you fine them $250K and they only have $100K left they get disqualified and I don't want that to happen right at the end of the game after all the effort someone put it into it. That does run the risk that people won't set aside a contingency fund but every decision has draw backs. Are you ok with that rule ie "If a final fine exceeds the players war chest they are allowed to pay just what they have".

He’s busy sorting out player issues he caused within his stable…

Let me know if you want to hire my services for 10K do you have more than 17 players to give you options or just the 17?
Thanks is for the enticing offer.

My concern would be that you highlight issues and perceived weakness for the world to see (not that we have any).

Is there a way to do it without your personal thoughts about weaknesses?

Mate, I’ve just had Corey Parker come to me complaining his managers has labelled him as woeful.

He’s crying in the corner thinking no one loves him.

Can you sort out your player so he’s in a fit state to join our team by writing a 200 word appreciation post to Corey Parker!

Edit - penalty - Parker leaves Hodges stable and joined Isaac Moses
Corey Parker has not joined the Wizards yet, as the only official note is that you are the highest bidder. Whilst awaiting full confirmation i would suggest you keep quiet or you may need to get the crayons out again ;)

And what happens if the request comes in several days which results in Parker not joining and I’ve lost the opportunity to bid several rounds? 🤔

All good- rules are rules.
I made a right cock up of it today- my son wanted me to film him doing tricks on his new bmx and I lost track of the time.
Papalii was the one I actually wanted but still plenty of good props coming up and they seem to be getting cheaper and cheaper (although I don’t think u got the memo on that one… )
Your forward pack is looking good though.
I got spooked you were going to take my back up plan prop. You are quite cashed up and only need another middle. There are other players who need a prop too.

I mis read the room on my opening Steve Price bid and should have gone $1.1m or $1.2M as my $1M invited a counter offer - once I received a $1.2M offer I had to either
a) walk away
b) out bid a reasonable final offer and then walk away if out bid then.

I went with option b but couldn't settle on an amount to counter his 1.2M. I wanted to counter with 1.4M but there was a 50 50 chance he tops that. I then considered 1.5M and then finally in for a penny in for a pound went 1.6M.
If Petero went for 1.6 and Webcke 1.5 then Price should have been around 1.2 to 1.4 - I just didn't think I could win him today with 1,.4 as he is warriors royalty while Petero and Webcke are not. So there was a premium I had to pay as well.

As for props to come. None of the remaining class of 2025 are as good as Price in my opinion and I needed an Alpha prop.

There are other Alphas coming up in the Hodges stable but as mentioned got spooked by the threat of other contestants bidding and didn't want to leave it to the last round.

I probably over spent by say $200K but I justified that in part by the fact I won $100K for my BBQ story so I felt like I was applying my winnings to the purchase today if that makes sense.

Let's park this until after Hodges comes back. If you get fined then in good faith you should hand over all of your $50K to settle it. Once it is clear you actually have no liabilities we can come back to this discussion.
