Have put 0 prep in. Still unsure on the detail of how it all works. Will figure it out the first round.

I back myself to wing it and sort it out as I go… works pretty well for me in real life!

With your extensive knowledge of league you will do well. I had to prepare as I don't know the players on the Hodges list, My time period was 1980s and 2017 onward. All the post 1998 players are a mystery to me apart from highlight reels.

Yes. Please provide your list of interventions/challenges at the end of each round. Please note the following nuances.
1) Each Hodges player to be intervened on once only. Unless we get into a scenario where someone refuses an intervention and forfeits the player.
2) Round 12 has no interventions so contestants will be able to pick a Hodges player that round without intervention.
3) At the end of each round ideally you will provide your interventions and challenges for Hodges stable players bought in that particular round.

Also while I have you just a reminder that bidding stops each day at a random time between 5.30pm and 6pm. Quite a while ago you kindly agreed to programme the thread each day to lock at a time known only to you between 5.30 and 6pm. Then maybe half an hour or so later you could open it and I go through as moderator and make a winning posts for the day announcement? Does that arrangement still work? Or do you know of a better way of achieving the same outcomes? Maybe just thumbs up this post if that all works for you or reply and let me know if you have thoughts? As a final extremely detailed point if that approach works then please post "unlocked" each day to provide a trace the thread has now been opened after been locked to prevent someone continuing to bid and creating confusion. I hope that point makes sense as not sure I explained it well.

I am awarding @Warriors55 a green card for the game. He is in position 8 and positions 9 and 10 get a bump in the round master bonus so to compensate him for just missing out he gets a green card.

A green card allows you to offset an infringement notice or an infraction notice. They are transferrable. Last year Inruin saved someone from being eliminated in an extreme act of generosity by giving up his green card for them.

Perfect. Thanks @Chris Hodges a scheduled post would work even better as then we don't have to wait 30 minutes waiting for it to be unlocked. I think that is an ingenious solution !!!

I will be the one as moderator who does a summary post announcing who has won each player and which Hodges stable players have been won by who.

Is that all locked in then? Hopefully the timing of the scheduled post will be invisible to me as the owner of the thread?
