On form, it should be a much tighter game in the forwards. We've dominated 2 of the best packs in the leauge in the roosters and raiders, but i'm sure the tigers pack will be trying to aim up tonight. I feel like we have much more class in the halves and the backs, so unless we compeltly implode, it should be a comfortable win.

Really pumped to see Metcalf back. Not expecting too much out of him tonight as i'm sure Tanah will be running the ship, but that should allow him to focus on his strength which is his running game.

The weather looks like it should be clearing up nicely for K/O as well.

Especially when you play from the top. The worst part is every teams lifts against you now. That's what makes the Panthers run even more impressive.

The Tigers under Marshall have found some defensive pride. That would be there best avenue to creating an upset. At least that is what I would be telling myself if I were one of their fans.

As we have seen time and again, teams that are really up against it in this comp, can lift and become supermen. From there the formula is keep it close, low scoring, wait for a chance and take it....upset achieved.

Of course if the Warriors take them lightly then that puts the Warriors in a dangerous place, because that means they are not playing Webster ball.

Webster ball (just watch Tanah Boyd define it as a hard way to play the game) means you automatically go in treating the opposition like a arm wrestle contestant....and as Tanah said we try to out grind the opposition.

If anyone in our 2026 side does that tonight (plays tiggie and throws it willy nilly) I wouldn't be upset to see Webster play other players in their stead next week - Loyalty be buggered, draw the line in the sand....you've earned it Webby.....these players owe you their big pay checks.
