I’m a former dual international rugby player turned multi-skilled professional with deep experience in elite sport, disability support, and community services. I’ve worked as a senior disability support worker managing independent living programs, rosters, and care planning, while also coaching at high levels – from Super W to grassroots school pathways.
Currently, I coach at Xavier College, volunteer with Footscray Rugby Club (Juniors, Colts, Women’s & Men’s), and develop future rugby stars through Rugby Stars Academy. I’m also a Sports scout with Ginnen Group, supporting player careers from South Pacific to Japan, the UK, and France.
Whether I’m supporting clients with complex needs or developing athletes for the next level, I lead with purpose, people-first values, and a strong commitment to growth.

Cooper coaches at Xavier College with its main campus located in Kew, an eastern suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. His eldest son also boarded at the same school and was selected U18 Victorian Schoolboys Rugby Union Team in 2024.
