Was watching and me inner voice kept saying gee this is gonna be one of those two points on the ladder let slip.

But nup, our grind was real. We have no problem being in games and as others have said the confidence grows in our young boys, which is a dangerous thing for the NRL.

Defence is more important than attack in this sport.
Hopefully a win over the Tigers and then the Bye
 
Lowlights: our attack and fifth tackle kicking. Close to worst in the league IMO. Injuries.

Highlights: the 2 points, our defence and forwards got that win. Ali, Leka, CNK were all great. Tuapiki was very good also, incredibly illusive in broken play. 2 wins from 3. Good chance of beating the tigers before heading in to two tough games against Storm and Broncos.

Very exciting for the future seeing Ali doing Ali things and Leka doing Leka things. Hopefully AW is taking note of what some of these youthful players can do.
