Team List Warriors v Cowboys - [Round 9, 2025]

This stat is what gives me confidence that we will win this game. Cows deadly attack is meaningless if they don't ever get out of their red zone. It's how we blunted even deadlier attacking teams like Manly and Brisbane.

Nice stats shows that our halves are combining even with clunkiness and a lack of polish.
Once they get some more experience we're going to be a bit of a force🤞

We are dominating the league in meterage WITHOUT i) our marquee forward JFH and ii) our first choice wingers: RTS and DWZ. RTS and DWZ are both almost 200+ meters a game on a good day. JFH is good for 120-150m per game. Just imagine what our go forward is going to look like with all our triple bangers back in. Any halves pairing in the comp would kill for a forward pack that performs like ours. Halves clicking is what is blocking us from being a genuine top 4 team imo because we already have a top 4 performing pack.

Yes and no. This goes for all positions, people step up when others are out. Not saying it can't/won't happen. But there is no guarantee that players continue to perform when our top side returns. Kind of like the bystander effect

I give Ali the edge over vili. As for TT, he's faired well against much bigger and tougher opposition. He handled his assignment against Dom Young (Roosters) and Saab (Manly) quite well I felt. As for the forwards, it's going to be a great battle. If JFH was out there, I'd give us the clear edge but even without him, we can win the physical battle. We comfortably outmuscled a much bigger pack in the Broncos just a couple of weeks ago without JFH.
Ali has more than edge in that battle, IMO - and I reckon our forwards have far too much for that cows pack, for example both Taumalolo and Bateman occasionally turn it on, but they're erratic often in the one game, we should outlast and overcome - Robson and Nanai are the ones I worry about on their side, with Hess playing very well this season too

They are strong everywhere.

We did see that last season when a number of our best players such as Sean Johnson were injured. The next tier of players such as Taine and Taieri shone in their absence and we didn't lose much if at all.
