Same team but Dallin could be back. Great no further injuries, maybe Squashed Berry needs a week off and Ali to the right?

Might be Dallin for Taine who moves to bench for Laban or Afoa? He can also cover 6 and 9 (ie CHT to 9)

I missed Leka’s impact off the bench and we got owned a bit in the 3rd quarter before Barney came back on, he’s probably gonna be a regular starter now, hope when Fish returns Marata is more powerful with 30 minutes off the bench, don’t think Webby will drop him altogether. Or he might just revert to Leka off bench when Fish returns

I'll be interested if they show it again after the bye. But the cowboy's attack seems to be perfect against us at the moment. Very, very good edge attack and kick chase. There defense crumbles pretty quickly but outside of the storm I struggle to think of a team that has an attack plan that targets our weaknesses so well.

Goal should be the same as last year. Even if they make line brakes on our edges and win contesting there own kicks. If we can keep them in there own half before those happen, our scramble is good enough to cover.

I think the reverse is also true. Our forward oriented gameplan works very well against the cows because their biggest weakness is their softness through the middle. When we belted them last year in Townsville we bashed them up front and suffocated them with our kick chase. They spent the entire game coming out of their own end and never really saw our red zone. Their only tries came from fluky long-range attempts that came as we fatigued towards the end of each half.

I think it’s wild but when both wingers return I think there is a chance Ali could be the one playing Cup cuz Pompey is playing really well on the left and defends better and Webby wants Berry especially when Dallin’s there, and Ali while a beast on the right just is less effective on the left for some reason

Do players have different tempo stepping or running diagonal lines on different sides of the field? Maybe CHT is having trouble finding Ali. I do like how Pompey/Capewell/Ali combined for those tries in the Knights game though. Or they could keep Ali since their goal is probably a RTS/Ali combo but then I thought why did Pompey play left instead of right with Taine, is he actually the incumbent on the left?? Good problem to have and Ali does show up in some highlights of opposition tries so still need work ons and Webby/Fish are big on D this year
