Any kids we should be looking out for? Are some of them already signed on as development players?

Fullback Ratcliffe, Lock Tuiloma and Hooker Patterson have been good in all the games I've seen.
But they are a pretty good side all round - play well together as a side (as Beastmode said), especially considering this is their first year together.
