Webster and he would have been at panthers at the same time so possibly have a good rapport?
I believe so. Every panther I've seen in interviews when Webby is brought up praisers him. Also, I don't get when people bring up a players past when we've got our own players with a checkered history.

A Ford/Fish/DemeTruck/Leniu/Tss rotation would be elite.

Some say we don't need him? We need something like him. Hes young enough with plenty of experience. Has elite impact. And would thrive in our environment where the coaching & leaders of our club are respected throughout the world of RL.

Injuries to 2 of our starters and we are relying on a jack of all trades, master of none in EIT. A raw & unproven RTV & Jason Salalilo.

He would be more than handy.

I can't see why anybody at the club would rate Harry Inch higher than Brandon Norris based with proven on-field results. Norris has been carving up for quite some time.

Harry Inch may have good potential but I have never seen a player like Brandon Norris where everything he touches literally turns to gold on the field.

Brandon Norris is a modern Willie Carne. Check out Willie Carne highlights - I think he is the same guy!!

Priority resign - Would hate to see him leave. Norris is going to make it!!!
Wrong Harry brah

Yeah, because this guy just reeked of leadership skills, eh? 😏

Honestly, I see everyones apprehension.

I'm not really advocating for getting him, per se. Just throwing some shit out there and seeing what sticks, I guess.
The magic dust Webby has for players could iron out Spencer's character issues, his lack of verbal restraint, his desire to kill everybody who disagrees with him and his general all round relatability. From there he'd be a great get. But could probably get a whole lot of money to go to Dragons, Perth, PNG or the highly despised Bulldogs

My bad bro!! thats a brain fade!! Yep Harry Tauafiafi-Iutoi!! Kid can play an has wheels. Two exceptional wingers there. I'm leaning still towards Norris, I just think he is a very special talent but both are GUNS!!
Anyone got an update on Harrison inch? He’s another great prospect coming through in the halves. Like what I’ve seen.
As one of the few halves with a signed contract for next season is he seen as a cup starter next year or is he eligible for another year of flegg next year? Thompson and jett look to be the two most likely options in cup if only one of our fg halves resign and tmm and hanson don’t.
What about your man tia? Is he an option?

I personally believe Spencer's riskier than any of Webby's previous projects. There is a bit of the unhinged Matt Lodge temperament about him that is great when well-honed, but I'm not sure it can be kept locked away by even the best coach. He has had some pretty out there red mist brain explosions. I think he may be a guy that could turn a culture toxic pretty quick and I'd hate to see some of our young guys being led by that.

Why are the Roosters wanting to move him on at the end of his contract anyway? And if true, why immediately?

I don't think either Fish, Erin or even Demi would stand for a self centred approach if that happened. And I'm not even remotely saying we should bid for him but just that if the changes or improvements we've seen from a few of our blokes this season could be good for Spencer.

If Webby takes this on, he's got massive balls.

But let's be honest, his track record plays in his favour

It's making the rounds on yahoo as well. Probably not a fit for us unless we let Marata go now. I did mention we're a little light on prop production line though playing Laban and EIT as hybrids behind TSS/Barney/Demi.

Would be hilarious though if at 30min mark we bring on Demi, Barney and Leniu 🤣
That's the new norm though. We dont need out and out props. We have plenty here already.

Halves are overloaded.

Based on what we have got - I think TMM and Hansen (Had an an option for 2026 I recall) are gone. CHT could be gone if the money on offer is too good.

Jett, Thompson and Linnane will have NSW cup locked down but I suspect first injury that Inch and possibly Tyson Hansen will get call-ups.

Cassius Tia is my ace card if he is fit and firing. Should be playing NRL that guy but it hasn't panned out and now he has disappeared off the scene here. If not an injury then not good signs. Also with our overload of halves I think he would be better suited now to playing centre/Lock.

So linanne is another halves headache? I was of the thinking he’d be playing a different position (fullback)
The highlights I’ve seen are in the halves. Still flegg eligible?

I think he's a six. It's just been thrown around in here as an idea for him to be our first grade fullback. More immediately he needs to get on the field and play games to get fitness and form.

Exactly some people had doubts about AKP’s character and now everyone loves him

People can buy into culture and can change at new places Roosters culturally isn’t a good fit for him same way it wasn’t for Terrell May
