So what do we need more.
NAS
Ponga/Drinkwater.

I am super confident that Webby can breathe new life into NAS and get 2 big seasons out of him.
Maybe more especially so if R360 is starting get the wobbles.
He fills the void left by AFB.
Does his impact up front improve us enough and the follow effect through each set.
Or are the incumbents doing well enough and we are just lacking some speed and threats out wide.

After careful consideration… NAS as effective as he would be does not improve us that much.
Buy a quality outside back or two.
Someone like Jake Averillo would be a sensation here.

I don't know, Webby is more relaxed and loves a cuddle. Bellyache is a angry wild man. Polynesian players react better to the Cleary/Webby , nurturing style of coaching better.

not that we should make recruiting decisions based on the rugby league 26 game. But Leka just won me Dally M Centre of the year haha after season ending injuries to Roger, Rocco and Pomps. Maybe he is the answer to our center problems!

I was wondering about this too...initially I was thinking that it would have to be 10 days after Freddy was released (due to that cooling down period thing) but if NAS doesn't have a club, he could sign with us 30min after Freddy's contract was done.

A number of Flegg lineups I saw seemed to have him as 18th man. So maybe not super highly rated.

Honestly if we are on the money and the options could be drinky ponga or big nas I'm going all in on drinky for us think he fits the club the best also his dad won't try play gm we have a good production line of big boys coming in or cementing there spots so I feel like it's also not a position we should be recruiting in especially jumping at people that seemed to be effected after the speed up of the game
