CNK vs RTS

We need to future proof and have proper succession planning in place. Taine is good. But every position needs to be 2-3-4 blokes deep when considering wider squad depth.

He'd be on my list no question. Doubt Manly would release him after losing Turbo and DCE. He is injury-prone though.

This rumour was started by Warriorholic/Warriors Anonymoud Zane Matsumoto. He's just keeping his socials active. No fire to this rumour. Completely his idea. Nit a bad one though.

Hopefully pops down the road from Eden park to tour facilities

Watching Pacific nations, I don't know how people still want to argue CNK over RTS, especially with AKP signing.

I think if we got one large human at prop we're good to go.

The only thing that prevents this is RTS in his last year. He then steps aside then CNK comes back? It's not the consistency and stability we're needing IMO. I think we're stuck with CNK.

The only 2 options to replace him are Nick Meaney and Koula I reckon (not that Koula is off contract and looking). Meanie brings goal kicking, good running/support game, option in the centres. But I don't know if he offers enough more than CNK.

No point in playing RTS at 1 next year when he is gone in 2027 anyway. There isn't a big difference in CNK and RTS, little ball playing and a game built on hit ups. Both have lost pace to make them a real threat ball in hand, and aren't natural ball players. CNK is a bit better than Roger as a ball player, and RTS has slightly better running game. They are both great team men who lead on and off field.

Pretty sure someone brings up Riki every year. The guy would just block our seemingly unlimited amount of second row guns. He's solid, but I would prefer EIT and Laban over him next year. I wouldn't throw say $600k at him that's for sure.

I think he’s worth plugging in at fullback for the year because I think we can win next year. Charnze is over rated

I mean we finished 6th there isnt many options for those above us and all of them are stacked for fullback.

He would be an upgrade on connor tracey. I would probably also take him over recent papi.

All this might be mute depending on who get the wing spot Taine would work with RTS and DWZ but definitely would not with AKP
